Michael Leary- Team Lead Michael is an experienced graphic designer and freelance artist, and is in his junior year at TechBoston Academy. He heads up the TBW design team and makes sure that all graphic and artwork meet both the clients’ needs, and our own high standards. |

Alex Munoz- Design Lead Alex is also junior at TechBoston Academy and brings a wealth of Photoshop knowledge to the team. Alex insures that all artwork reflects out client’s design goals, and that team deadlines are met on-time, and in full. |

Nicholas Ferguson- Business/Design Lead Nicholas is the 10th grade lead that TBW employs for a reason, he has a tremendous sense of business needs and priorities, which, when combined with his design skills, make him an invaluable member of the team. |

Jhayla Davis- Graphic Designer Jhayla is one of our 9th graders who are working closely with an upper-class mentor. Skilled in Photoshop as well as a wide variety of web technologies, Jhayla can create a look and feel that makes every company look like a web giant. |

Theo Daley- Animator/Graphic Designer Theo is another of our 9th grade interns, who has joined TBW this year. Although multi-talented, Theo’s primary role is that of animator. Using Adobe Flash, Theo can produce everything from web banners & intro-movies, to full-blown interactive interfaces that make your site come to life. |

Ronald Bajantas- Graphic Designer/Business Intern Working closely with Nicholas, Ronald brings both strong design skills and strong business sense to TBW, making his role with the company a crucial one. Although still a 9th grader, Ronald will be growing into a business lead role, allowing him to work closely with our clients, and ensuring that their needs are fully met. |
