The Technology Department at TechBoston Academy teaches the following subjects according to grade:

Grade 10: Web Workflow; Digital Art I & II
Grade 11: Media Studies; Media Advanced; Urban Technology
Grade 12: Senior Seminar

Mr. Jay Ciesluk

Mr. Ciesluk joined the TBA faculty for the 2008/09 school year.  He recently received his M.A.T. from Tufts University, in affiliation with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.  At Our Lady of the Elms College, Mr. Ciesluk earned a B.A. in studio art, studying various art media such as printmaking, photography, graphic design, painting, and sculpture.

Prior to TBA, he worked for The Museum of Fine Arts as an Artful Adventure instructor.  He designed and guided tours for youth groups from the greater Boston area.

A few things Mr. Ciesluk likes to do in his spare time are cooking large meals, playing soccer, and camping.

Mr. Robin Citrin

Mr. Citrin joined TechBoston Academy for the 2006/07 school year.  He has lived in many places including Egypt, Israel, Scotland, and New Jersey.  He has a B.A. in History and an M.Ed from University of Massachusetts, Boston.  He worked as an Apple Systems Engineer prior to entering teaching.

He has been a soldier, a bouncer, a bartender, and sparred for 6 months with a top-ranked light heavyweight… now he just mixes it up with freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at TechBoston Academy.
