Students are randomly assigned to TechBoston Upper Academy through the Boston Public Schools lottery system. Students interested in attending TechBoston Academy must select TBA as one of their top 3 schools.If you are registering a child for the Boston Public Schools for the first time, you must visit a Family Resource Center. If your child is already enrolled in the Boston Public Schools and is in the highest grade of his or her school, your child will receive an application in class to bring home. Students enrolled in TechBoston Lower Academy will automatically be accepted into TechBoston Upper Academy.
